1. can be shipped on the same day (such as edible images, if processed in a timely manner)
2. They can be shipped with a delay of several days (eg edible figurines that need 1 day or 2 to dry and strengthen) or
3. can be shipped with a delay of two weeks or even more (products that arrive from our warehouse in Germany) and the transfer between the two warehouses and the delivery to you can be prolonged enough
For this reason, we come back with the request to consult the estimated delivery period and keep in mind that we do everything we can to deliver much faster than it is written there, but sometimes there is the possibility, that because of our will, this period will be even longer.
Regardless of the situation, once sent the rest of the products (without any additional cost from you), you will be notified by e-mail about the existence of a new transport to you. We repeat: you will have nothing to pay, you just have to be someone at home and pick up the package, so.
The products are considered delivered from the moment they are handed over to the courier company and they entered the delivery circuit. We do not assume the responsibility for the delays due to the courier companies and we recommend that, if the parcel arrives with clear traces of deterioration, do not accept it and request the drawing up of a deterioration report, the parcel to be returned to us. Orders delivered on the territory of Romania (general presentation)
Taking into account the specificity of our store and the fact that we are producer of decorations and edible images, all these products fall into the category of products made to order that cannot be returned (But more details can be found here) Plus it is also foods that enter the same category of non -returnable products.
Most of the decorations are made as soon as we receive the order precisely to provide you with the highest quality products, so this involves at least 1 extra day for drying and strengthening the decorations and the courier may need a few days for the delivery of the , depending on your locality. I no longer need products (for different reasons). What are the options?
If we discuss edible products, made by us, in our authorized Naty Shop laboratory, you must understand that placing an order is a firm payment promise (especially we discuss the online payment of orders). When you have placed and paid the order, the products enter a production process and we cannot compare them with the consumer, ready-made, non-food, which can be returned at any time, in almost any conditions.
The regime of these products (edible images, decorations or sets of edible decorations from sugar or chocolate paste and other associated products) is different and most of the time, especially among edible images, we have no other option than to give them to the trash , to destroy them (especially when we talk about images with the faces of some people) and our damage is 100%.
However, in the vast majority of situations, we can find a solution that will come to your support: the loan on the store. Basically you will receive a loan (in the form of a code) that you can use when you place a subsequent order. This loan we will try to be, most of the times, the whole value of the order that you no longer want (for various reasons).

International Orders (General Presentation)
The preparation of the products and the packaging of the package is also done within a period of 0 to 1 working day. The delivery, however, will take somewhere at 7 (seven) calendar days. The online payments are completed and are processed through the online pay processor.
