Instructions for use

1. Allow the boiled fresh drinking water to cool to about 40 ° C and add 2/3 of the required amount of water.

2. For a precise dosage of the powder, wipe the measurement spoon included on the scraper. Use only the spoon of measurement provided.

3. Add the required amount of powder to the glass. Keep the spoon measured in the teaspoon holder.

4. Close the bottle and stir energetically vertically for about 10 seconds, pour the amount of drinking water and shake again vigorously.

5. Open the bottle and attach the Tetina. Check the content of the glass for drinking temperature (approx. 37 ° C).
