With our biozentral bakery mixture Seed Bread Hemp & Linseed, you can now quickly and easily bake your own fresh, wet and crunchy bread. All you need is water and then model the bread as you wish. No flour, baking powder or yeast, but with flakes, seeds and integral oats, our seed bread is a source of high fiber protein. Hemp seeds offer a nutrome of nuts.

60 % full oatmeal*, 13 % sunflower seeds*, 6 % sesame seeds*, 5 % decortic hemp seeds*, 4 % in gold seeds, 4 % flax seeds, 4 % pumpkin seeds *, psyllium shells*, sea salt. *Comes from certified ecological agriculture. It may contain traces of peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard and lupine.
Instructions for use
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 230 ° C upper/lower heat. Mix the contents of the package with 400 ml cold water and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Knead the mixture and form an oval bread with wet hands. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in the middle of the oven for 70 minutes. Allow the finished bread to cool and keep it in a sealed container or paper bag.
