Grill and ovens:
With the help of a scraper remove the rest of the food.
The temperature of the grill or oven should be between 60 ° C and 80 ° C.
Apply the undiluted product directly to the surface (if the use of the foam sprayer reduces the vapor formation). Leave a few minutes depending on the level of deposits. After the carbonized residues have been removed, add a little water and scrape with a cleaning pad to remove the persistent residues. Rinse well with water and let it dry.
Filters for hoods:
Sink the hood filters in a solution from 3 to 10% (depending on the dirt) with hot water. Leave at least 20 minutes. Rinse and let it dry.
FIRTS:
Fill the fryer with a 3 to 10% solution (from 150 to 500 ml for each 5 liters of water). Turn on the fry and boil between 10 and 15 minutes. Once cooled, empty and remove the persistent residues from the walls and resistance with a scraper. Rinse with water and let it dry.
Careful: It can emit irritating steam! Not to be used on aluminum surfaces.
