Safety lock knife
The bladder with a diameter of 170 mm is ideal for cheese, sausages, fruits or vegetables and especially for bread with hard crust. The additional smooth blade produces thin slices and is therefore particularly suitable for slicing. Due to the safety block, the blades can be easily replaced and safe for cleaning.
The knife coverage plate
