This is how to eat: healthy evening meal. Heat the open jar or part of it in the bain-marie or microwave, mix with an unused spoon and check the temperature. Keep the rest unheatedly sealed in the refrigerator and consume the next day. Contact with saliva can liquefy the product. Please use a plastic spoon.
