Due to its body and slightly bitter taste, our ecological cocoa is especially suitable for baking cakes, muffins and biscuits. Cocoa powder is also ideal for preparing hot drinks and desserts and offers an absolutely natural cocoa aroma. Compared to the highly degreased cocoa, our slightly degreased cocoa contains at least 20% cocoa butter. This gives cocoa powder a very chocolate taste and gives it a more intense chocolate taste. On the other hand, very degreased cocoa powder is less aromatic. Everything natural, without complications and of the best organic quality - our organic cocoa.
