What is the fluff?
The bed is the easiest part of the feathers, which is the most insulating and breathable. Like an empty snowflake, it creates an air chamber inside that retains heat and protects against the cold.
A 100% fluff fills give up the hard part of the feathers, the tree, which feels soft to the touch, and the filling has a more flat shape.
What is the cassette system?
In order to avoid the cold areas caused by the connection of the two parts of the quilt with a matte stitch, the box system was developed, which consists in the interior division of the quilt into individual cells separated by a cellulose wall. What does the fluff resistant mean?
The outer fabric of a filling always has small intersions caused by the structure of the fabric and warp, which could cause a few puffs to be taken by surprise. To prevent this, the inner layer of the tape is treated with an insulating and breathable film. This layer is the reason for the quality "down proof".
Care for a quilt
To ensure a good maintenance of the quilt, it must be shaken weekly in a horizontal position by holding it between two people. There is no very energetic movement.
