Universal Electric Compact 1 slicer

Compact 1 is one of the classic universal slices with a straight contact surface. Thin and strong in daily use: metal construction and functional design characterizes this device. Due to its thin design, the slicer does not take up much space on the worktop. All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, which makes the device robust and cut accurately

• Can I also buy a ham/slice knife for my universal slicer? A smooth knife/slicing knife is available for each universal riter slicer.
  
• Can the slicer's accessories be put in the dishwasher? We do not recommend that you put any part of the slicer in the dishwasher.
  
• Does the slicer have a non -slip base? Our devices are non -slip according to the standard only on smooth surfaces. There are also rubber legs on the bottom of our devices. To ensure a firm grip, the rubber legs must be free of fat and crumbs.
  
• Why almost all slices have the same blade diameter? The standard 17 cm diameter has proven to be good for household use. If the blade diameter is larger, additional safety rules must be met.
  
• The blade of my old slicer will fit on a new device? The shape of the old blade and the color of the old toothed wheel must match the shape and color of the new blade.
