Method of preparation: Base: Put the ingredients for the base in a bowl and mix with a manual electric mixer (dough hook) to form a dough. Spread 2/3 of the dough based on a spring form (Ø 26-28 cm). A roll of the remaining dough is formed, pressed to the edge of the spring shape and press down to create a high edge of about 3 cm.
Cheese mixture: Mix the quark with low fat content, 2/3 of sugar, egg yolk, vanilla sugar and baking flavor in a bowl with a handmade electric mixer until homogenized.
