All you have to do is heat the icing envelope and use it to create the mirror effect on the Mousse cake, muffins or cake base. Particular effects can be created if you use different colors of mirror glaze together on your cakes.
Method of preparation
- Spread or place the envelope in hot water for about 10 minutes.
- Then carefully remove the envelope, dry it, knead and cut it into the upper corner.
- Stretch the icing now on the chilled cake.
Ingredients:
sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (palm, coconut), rapeseed oil, whey dust enriched with protein, lactose, gelatin, milk skimpy dust, citric acid, salt, potassium sipped preservative, lecithine emulsifier, natural cream aroma (milk), bourbon vanilla extract, natural aroma, dyes (bright blue FCF, lutein).
Packaged in protective atmosphere.
