As an alternative to sugar, rice syrup is the basis of all pasta. 1 teaspoon of bourbon vanilla paste corresponds to the aroma of 1 vanilla pod. Even if in a recipe it only takes a splash of vanilla bourbon, the paste is a perfect alternative.
