Instructions for use and care
Use only the highest heating heat setting, switch back in a timely manner and fry to medium or low heat settings. Use heat -resistant oils and fats. The correct frying temperature has been reached when the fat is distributed in the striped pan. When frying meat, press it easily. This will initially stick to the base of the pan. Shortly after, the fibers contract, the meat comes off and can be easily turned. You can swallow the roasting residues with wine or soup. They will dissolve and provide a good base for sauce.
Clean the pan as soon as possible after use with water, detergent and a sponge. Do not use steel wool or abrasive detergents containing sand. Stubborn dietary residues must be soaked.
